I heard of a few high country highway closings yesterday due to falling boulders ...the size of semi trucks...
and an avalance somewhere up there

down here, it's around the 40's for a high...but ya never know

we've seen some of our heaviest snowfalls in april. april showers are often snow showers becasue temps here are low enough

Had heavy sunshine today and the snow is just about gone. Hard to believe, 65 degrees and still have snow on the ground. A couple years ago we had a late March snow fall and the snow tends to be very heavy and hard on the trees.

that's a problem with early or late snows. they are wet and heavy and do a lot of damage
