1. Nature didnt intend it that way.

2. They get bored and frustrated and are unhappy.

3. Its just plain cruel.

4. Cages are for criminals, not wild animals.

5. Get some binoculars and take a hike if you want to see wild animals.

In a car:
1. Under a "peach tree" (that's local slang for under an oil derrick at the end of a dead-end oil company access road)
2. Parked at the side of an infrequently travelled road.
3. On the beach

Not in a car:
1. On the beach
2. Out in the woods
